When you submit your online application, it will be reviewed by a member of the recruitment team to see how well your experience matches the job description (which you will have seen online when you applied). A telephone screening or online ‘digital interview’ may also be required depending on the position. The more information you can provide to demonstrate you are a good match, the better.
For some roles we may ask you to complete psychometric or skills-based assessments. We might also ask you to consider a case study and give us your views on how you would tackle a client’s business challenges. This will either be conducted in person or online, depending on the role you’ve applied for.
