The solution we created brought together a host of technology software, combining the Oracle ATG multichannel platform, Adobe® CQ for web content management and WebPIM – a bespoke product management tool developed by the team at Deloitte Digital. We designed, built and enhanced the TfL site to sell and manage Oyster cards. Working with customers and TfL customer service agents to understand their needs, we created a solution which simplifies and streamlines the key processes while optimising the performance of the site.

The result? Over half a million people now use the extensive range of products and services online, and transactions worth millions to TfL are processed each month.


Dunbia are one of the UK’s leading red meat producers, with over 14 sites across the UK. To underpin Dunbia’s IT roadmap, Deloitte were engaged to support the upgrade of their current intranet platform to SharePoint 2013.

SharePoint is now the portal for Dunbia employees in terms of corporate identify, collaboration, systems access and business intelligence.

Deloitte assisted Energia with a major multi-million pound programme to enter the domestic electricity and gas markets in the Republic of Ireland. The project required the creation of virtual utility retailer, leveraging the relative strengths of two existing businesses, and involved the implementation of technology solutions and wide-ranging business change initiatives.

Our team led the requirements and design specification work for a customised registration website and an Android mobile solution for field sales, and supported activities for enhancements to core systems.
