We are looking for curious minds to join our Human Capital teams:

  • Our HR Applications team, who deliver technology enabled HR transformation to assist clients in transforming their HR function. The team offer a wide portfolio of services that span the full end-to-end implementation of HR technology solutions from configuration to data services. Our three main technology propositions are Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle Fusion. These platforms are market leaders in cloud-based HR applications;
  • Transformation services team provides programme management and change management support to our clients going through major transformations on a local, regional and global scale;
  • Our HR and Digital Workforce services comprise of 2 teams:
    • People & Workforce Analytics team is designed to help organisations link their business strategy to advanced analytical techniques to improve their overall performance. We help clients get maximum value from their People related data as well as helping clients improve their employee’s experience through the use of robotics;
    • HR & Technology Advisory team provide consulting advice and services to the HR function of our clients from the development of their HR strategy to the selection of their technology vendors;
  • Our Financial Controller Group manages project financials for the firms largest most commercially complex projects.  The team provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from advising on pricing models to maximises profitability through proactively managing financial and commercial risks on engagements.

  • Analytics & Information Management (AIM): Help clients uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside the vast amounts of data they hold. Recognised as the best analytics firm in the UK, we impact industries, transform businesses and help our clients design, build and run data-driven organisations.
  • Systems Integration (SI): Always looking at how emerging innovations, such as robotics and IoT, might potentially help our clients, we’re all about integrating technology to improve efficiency and solve complex problems. From system design and development to testing solutions, our work varies massively, every day.
  • Technology Strategy & Architecture (TS&A): You’ll be at the heart of many of the most exciting technology projects in the UK and abroad. We advise CIOs on their IT strategy and how to make the most of their IT function. We’re the first people asked when clients need innovative solutions to their most complex, critical and disruptive technology challenges.
  • You will gain a deep expertise, combined with strong cross-capability relationships, which will enable you to make a huge impact for our clients. Within the Cloud Engineering team, we deliver solutions based on our client needs, through the Amazon Web Services (AWS) expertise of our certified people and the hands on experience of running our own cloud platform. A platform that generates assets to increase speed to value for our clients and manage our products and solutions mitigating risks, uncontrolled spend, inefficiency and immaturity.
  • Enterprise Applications (EA): All big organisations have ‘mission-critical’ apps that run their day-to-day business operations. You’ll help clients develop their strategic vision for theirs and implement the latest technologies that are changing the way we work, undoubtedly for the better.

One that balances core skills along with the specific requirements of our Tax Consulting businesses and gives you the flexibility to work, learn and develop in a way that suits you and fits with the business’ requirements.

Our people are talented and adaptable individuals who are confident working side by side with senior personnel. You will gain a deep experience in the specialism with the ability to adapt to the ever-evolving world at the leading edge of taxation compliance and tax management consultancy.  The role of Operations Lead sits within the Tax Preparation Team. This dedicated team within the tax practice deals with the significant corporate tax compliance work that Deloitte undertakes. This work covers tax compliance from across the firm and across the country. The team, of approximately 100 people, is located in both Belfast and Hyderabad (India).

BSc Accounting & Management

The Pensions Audit Centre of Excellence (PACE) sits within the Financial Services service line within Deloitte UK and works directly with clients on a large portfolio of pension scheme audits.  PACE also supports audit teams throughout the UK firm in delivering pension asset testing and providing support on some of the firm’s most prestigious UK and multinational audit clients.

As an apprentice within the PACE team you will receive industry leading training with a focus on investments testing, and your role will include:

  • Auditing pension schemes including testing investments, pension contributions and benefit payments;
  • Using engagement management software to document audit testing;
  • Communicating with clients and their external service organisations; and
  • Working within a dynamic team, reporting to audit managers and partners, and collaborating with specialists.

Accounting technicians exams and ACA with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland
